El cas clínic literaturitzat, també denominat conte clínic, és un gènere narratiu que podem incloure dins la divulgació científica. Els autors solen ser professionals sanitaris s’adrecen a públic general. És per això s’allunya de les convencions pròpies dels gèneres mèdics caire més acadèmic, on es tendeix esborrar presència narradors i difuminar personalitat pacients.
